Proscovia Mujumba

Proscovia is currently Community Education Fund Co-ordinator under the Human Resources Development Project within the Ministry of Education & Culture. She has worked within the Tanzanian education system at various levels since 1975, notably as a college tutor for 15 years, having obtained an MA [Education] qualification from the University of Dar es Salaam. Her particular interest has been in promoting community capacity as well as access and gender equality in education within developing countries.
